Sit down and get comfortable, you're about to learn how grandma stretches with minimal effort.

Make sure to keep a healthy upright posture at all times.

Direct the FlexxBar towards your hip, not upwards ( this is not a strap, everything is the opposite) and make sure you are holding the handles with a proper grip.

Seniors: You can rest your heel on the floor if raising your leg is too difficult.
