This is Dan Castle's daily morning flow ( 15 minutes) performed by fitness extraordinaire Erik Edwards ( @iamerike 250k followers).

This flow will help address the root cause of:

Sciatica

Herniated discs

Plantar Fasciitis

Hip pain/tightness

Ankle strengthening & mobility ( helps increase range of motion)

Hamstrings

Glutes

Core strengthening (always keep your core lightly engaged during flows)

    No sound. Wasted 15-20 minutes logging in 35+ times & never once did this video play sound. Continues to be an abysmal app/website for which many of us are paying a lot of money & unable to fully use.
