Try making one video to keep it flowing and preferably do the same exercise on both sides to maintain symmetry.

These are great videos but Iβm noticing that there is not consistency between right and left legβ¦ on this particular one you didnβt even do the focused straight leg hamstring stretchβ¦ I would be much better if the exercises were consistent and the days were not in two parts.
