The audio didn’t work the first couple times. The video can’t be made full screen. The video cut off. Is this being fixed asap? I just bought this premium device and app service…

Most video’s do not allow sound to work. Pressing the mute button does nothing. This is a very expensive membership to watch these videos and it has not worked since I purchased. I have a Samsung S24. Please help me use my subscription that I paid for. I like my Castle flexx heat, “so far” but am very disappointed that I paid the excessive amount for videos that I cannot even hear. Please fix right away or refund my money for the one year video classes.
