Trying to get my hand and arm positioning correct is more difficult than the legs. Is there a video that goes more slowly to show the positioning? By the time I figure it out, she is finished with the stretch and moving into the next one. Also, as I have commented before, the videos broken into 2-3 parts are very annoying because I have to release the stretch to move to the next video. Is there any way you can combine the multiple part videos into one?
