Many of us over the age of 65 find gyms to be disorganized and a recipe for injury with all of the heavy weights so we created routines for Seniors that dont even require you to stand.


Here is what to expect from this 5 Minute Seated (and Standing option) Arm Flow:

-Neutral Spine is maintained (no bending forward into risky positions)

-Stronger arms

-More defined biceps and triceps

-Zero neck pain or back pain
