    These are great videos but I’m noticing that there is not consistency between right and left leg… on this particular one you didn’t even do the focused straight leg hamstring stretch… I would be much better if the exercises were consistent and the days were not in two parts.

    Try making one video to keep it flowing and preferably do the same exercise on both sides to maintain symmetry.
