1. Broken or Defective Product?
If your CastleFlexx arrives broken or defective, please reach out to us at info@castleflexx.com and share any additional information or pictures as to what happened to your product so we can replace it immediately. Our team will be able to assist you and provide more information on how to return your product and receive a replacement.

If you are unsure about returning your CastleFlexx and need additional assistance using it, our CastleFlexx YouTube channel has basic starter videos for you to make sure you own the correct size and to guide you on best practices.
