    This app needs serious attention. I cannot hear the videos. I need to hear to understand wtf I’m supposed to be doing. Did no one pay attention to Betsy’s comment???

    Membership videos needs alot of improvement you cant even hear the videos.

    Communication is lacking especially if you mention wanting to do a return. (Returning due to non-professional format of classes and difficulty accessing and using them.)

    I’ve been emailing again for days recently about the return and haven’t had one response.

    For the price of the classes, the format needs to be much more professional.
    And the classes need to have it’s own stand alone website.
    You shouldn’t have to wade through your Castle Flexx buying account to find classes you paid for.
    Especially when the classes won’t expand at times.
    And the worst problem is the sound doesn’t work 90% of the time.
    If you are lucky, you can push the sound symbol at the exact time needed, and the sound will work.
    But 9 times out of 10, the sound doesn’t work at all.
    You can push the sound symbol a hundred times and the sound doesn’t come on.
    And that happens whether the screen is small or wide screen.

    It’s extremely frustrating!

    I can’t get the mute button to turn off so I can’t hear anything. Please fix the video or make the mute button larger. I don’t have this issue with any other videos.
