I gave this to my wife for her birthday because she has suffered from plantar fasciitis since last summer. It had gotten to a place where it was difficult for her to walk after being on her feet for a few hours. We began to research stretching devices and shoes that would help and came across Castle Flex. We were not immediately sold because of the price tag but we kept seeing the Ronald Acuna Jr. Facebook ad. We are Braves season ticket holders so we knew about his record-breaking season but were still skeptical. After a few more months, I gave her the Castle Flex for her birthday to try out. She tried it after being on her feet all morning and immediately noticed a difference. When we left for our son's soccer game right after she tried it she wasn't limping and could walk normally. I'm not saying this is a miracle worker because she's still working out her plantar fasciitis but it has been worth it. We are all using Castle Flex now and we love it. We actually have given it to other family members to try out and they all say the same thing, that it's great! For our family, treating the problem and being pain-free is more important than the cost of the device that gets us there. We know our Castle Flex will get a lot of use at our house over the years.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, and need to get the larger one - however the customer service has been spot on and got me hooked up immediately. A++ experience all the way around!

First I love the colors of fire, very pretty! It stretches very well, I'm not very flexible so I needed something to help me that is easy to use. There is many different types of stretches you can do besides the typical calves position. I like to use it for my back mostly. Highly recommend!

It’s helped me. I had a neurosurgeon tell me I should have back surgery. I bought the castleflexx the next day and it has helped. I’m certainly can’t say I’m cured but I’m better off with this product. It’s at least making me think I don’t need to get surgery.

I have to say that I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing the Castle flexx at first. I am very grateful that I did. Even at my worst time with back pain, I can easily use this even laying on my bed. I have not been able to bend to touch passed my knees and now I do it easily. It has done something I didn't think would happen. It changed my mood altogether. Having severe back pain puts you in bad state of mind at times. First off - this is truly my personal unsolicited review. I have tried a lot of different gadgets to improve my hamstring and gastrocnemius tightness, plantar fasciitis, and IT Band tendonitis; none of them provided significant improvement. Consequently, I was skeptical that Castleflex would be any different and was hesitant given the cost. However, I still decided to give it a try, hoping the design would made a difference. I was absolutely amazed at home much this device is truly a game changer!! In a matter of a few weeks, my legs no longer have the tendinitis and have almost no hamstring tightness. My legs have not felt this great in at least 20+ years. The position of my foot with this device made all the difference! While the cost is relatively high, it is worth every penny! If you want to FEEL the difference for yourself, I highly recommend you give Castleflex a try! I don’t think you will have any regret!

When I received it the the cork over the handle was broken off and the little sewn on material with CF to hook the end through so it stays rolled up is rough on the ball on my foot and hurts it. Why would you sew that on both sides? I've seen the new design with the rubber handles, is that because the cork falls apart. I was really hoping this world help me. I'd just like my money back.

I really like the device but I tried to go back to watch the videos and I no longer have access to the videos. I am sure this is because you want me to pay the consultation fee which is too high. Your device is pretty expensive already and you made no mention that I would have to pay even more money for the consultation. I have done sports my whole life, I would like to review the videos when I need too without having to pay the high training fee. I don't think I would have bought it if I had known this.

Love the color and design---compact, made so well. Am a "senior" and worried at first that the stretching would cause soreness, but that hasn't been the case. Exceptional customer service! I had made an error on my order and wanted to make a change. I was concerned when I didn’t see a phone number to call. I sent an email to email address listed on bottom of my email confirmation after discovering the issue a couple hours of ordering. I was so surprised when I received a response within only minutes and they made the change! I didn’t need to go through the hassle of waiting to receive wrong item, returning item, and reordering correct item or buying the preferred one in addition to the original one and having the added expense and frustration of waiting for refund after return, etc. I’m so relieved and even more excited to receive this mobility device that I purchased for my daughter’s birthday! I bought the standard size and thought it was a little short for me. I am 5’8” and over 60 years old. After looking at an email from castleflex I see they recommended a large for my age and size. The stretch I get is good but not great and believe the size has a lot to do with it. I did not see the size recommendation when I bought the unit. Would love to exchange it for a large unit.

I have a history of a meniscus tear (an injury in 2000), arthritis and pain in my left knee. It was getting to the point where walking was difficult. In 2023 my primary Dr. prescribed PT to preserve mobility, range of motion, and independence. Three months of PT helped and I learned a lot about movement and how my body functions. My out of pocket was about $55 per session for my patient responsibility. I ended up spending close to $800 on PT last year.
So, when I saw the FSA option I did not hesitate. I like my physical therapist but nothing beats being able to reach for my Castle Flexx when I need it.

Luckily, my husband and I are both able to share the same Castleflexx. We both use it to stretch our calves and Achilles. I always wake up with stiff feet and legs in the morning and this reverses that immediately. My legs and even my back feels so much better after stretching with this device. Bought the castleflexx for myself for Christmas as I have had tight hamstrings for as long as I can remember and recently and especially as I’ve become older I’ve noticed the tightness lead to lower body pain. I’ve been to the stretch type labs that are appearing all over the place but they’re expensive and subscription based . Ultimately unless they’re a highly trained and experienced physiotherapists or massage therapists I feel they don’t know exactly how much pressure to exert. Whilst the castleflexx isn’t cheap I’m sure I’ll very quickly recoup the cost many times over. I use my castleflexx daily and sometimes multiple times during the day

This device exceeded my expectations in two critical facets:
1. The stretching efficacy for toes, feet, calves and hamstrings (and whatever else gets stretched in the process) are clearly felt in exercise and daily physical and non physical activities. My wife and I have highly professional personal trainer and rehab chiropractor who teach us the importance of stretching for many years. We’re both disciplined on it and benefits are apparent in quality of life. This device takes stretching to a new level. No soreness after a day in the yard, biking or working in or under vehicles. AND I’VE HAD SERIOUS BACK PROBLEMS FOR DECADES-STRETCHING AND CORE WORK HAVE MY BACK IN BETTER SHAPE THAN IN MY 20s.
2. It has eliminated a 15 year struggle with toe, foot, ankle, calf and thigh cramps. These were brutal and severely affected sleep for my wife and I. I don’t jump on faddish ‘silver bullets’, but I tried every supplement and doctor/trainer/marketing recommendation i could find out of desperation. Nothing worked long term - until I got this six weeks ago. THEY HAVE 99% disappeared.

This product has been a lifesaver after dealing with an overly tight posterior chain that was causing lots of lumbar spine/lower back issues. I hesitated with the price but I’m so happy I bit the bullet!! I am an avid runner, and the Castle Flexx has helped to release so many overly tight muscles.
In fact, I have loved it so much that I have told many friends & family members that I think would benefit from it about the Castle Flexx. And although most have never regretted purchasing, my best friend had some issues with her purchase & the response from Castle Flexx was disappointing to say the least. Castle Flexx sent a series of rude emails from what I only hope was from an automated ‘AI assistant’, and the company ultimately never followed up with her & it’s the reason I’m taking off one star. Although this is an extremely quality product, there is a high premium attached and I would expect that the customer service be on par as well.

After just three days, I have radically increased the flexibility in my calves and hamstrings, and hip flexors. The device looks so simple that it seems odd to cost what it does, but perhaps that is because so much research and development went into its creation. In terms of value, yes, it is worth it. When I bought it I was in a lot of stressful pain. Not so much pain now, and I am using the device before and after my running, which is great, since I previously had experienced some cramping in my hamstrings. Thank you for developing this.
