How does the Heat Edition work?
The Heat Edition adds built-in warmth to key contact areas for a more comfortable stretch experience.
Hold the Power button down for 3 seconds to activate the Heat and stretch away.
The updated heel support is thicker and wider and more secure than the Luxury and Sport models.
The Heat can be switched off by pressing the Power button down for 3 seconds.
It will also automatically shut off in 30 minutes for safety reasons.
Are socks needed?
Always wear thin socks if you have sensitive skin.
Why choose this over the Luxury or Sport?
Choose HEAT if you want a warmer, comfort-first stretch experience. Luxury is the more full-featured model for active and passive stretching plus strengthening, while Sport is the lighter, more portable option.
Is the HEAT Edition FSA/HSA Eligible?
Yes, just add it and anything else you need to your cart and then click "PAY WITH HSA/FSA" funds. It will ask you a few simple yes/no questions and Truemed will process your approval.
How does the HEAT compare to the Luxury?
The HEAT has a special contoured heel placement for added comfort. The bar does not include the 2 lb interchangeable weight system found on Luxury. The handles are slightly larger, and the stretch sleeve is made from the same RPET fabric. HEAT is more focused on a warmer stretching experience, while Luxury is more focused on active/passive stretching and full-body strengthening.
How do I charge the HEAT and how often?
We partnered with LG Lithium USA to offer the highest quality USB-C rechargeable battery. Click the power button 3x to see the battery level. Hold it down for 3 seconds to turn ON/OFF. If the lights are circling, that means its heating up and should take less than 45 seconds to get to the proper temperature.
WARNING: Always wear thin socks if you have sensitive feet, the longer your foot is in the cradle, the hotter it will feel as our feet do not have fat pads. If it still feels too hot for you just wear thicker socks.
