Shipping policy

Returns are accepted if products are in same condition that they arrived. Customer must notify Castle Fit Corporation by email within 30 days of receipt of goods to request a return.

A $19.99 restocking/shipping/handling return fee will be deducted from the retail price paid by the customer.

We often repurpose used boxes to save trees, that's how we roll for mother nature ( the stretch sleeve is made from 27 recycled plastic bottles and we dont use plastic unless its a last resort) unless its gifting season. You will always get a new device as the purpose of the box is to make sure it reaches you safely and securely- it is to be recycled again by you or us (if you exchange/return).
