Hypermobility is a condition that 10% of people have, you should know if you're hypermobile but if not, you can ask your PT or Chiro.

Active stretching is what we recommend for people with hypermobility and straps and bands cant achieve this level of effectiveness the way your CastleFlexx device can.

We have created several routines for people who have hypermobility.  Hope you enjoy this flow!

If you are not hypermobile, thats OK, you can still use this class to strengthen and stretch your tight hamstrings.
