Cyclists- 7 minute guided class | Quad/Calf/Hamstring
Cyclists usually complain that they have a LOT of calf, quad and lower back tightness.
This is your 7 minute class if you have a bike in your life :)
Addresses the following areas:
Calf - Active strengthening and Passive stretching combined
Quad: This is the only time your foot goes THROUGH the heel hole
Peroneal ( no device we are aware of can stretch this key area of your leg)
Hamstring- Stretch it but you MUST strengthen it
