Intermediate Level 14 minute "ACTIVE STRETCHING" & strengthening class with a focus on:
Hips
Biceps
Quads
Hamstrings
Triceps
This 14 minute class is DIFFERENT. While its not ideal for beginners, anyone who has been CastleFlexxing for 6 months should give this class a try.
You will be beach body ready and see immediate blood circulation increase in both the upper and lower body. Why does improved circulation matter? Think about what it feels like when you dont have adequate blood flow to various parts of your body ( swelling, discoloration etc). We dont want any of that, so we need to KEEP MOVING everyday. This is the perfect class to achieve stretching with strengthening = Active Stretching
