We have a 10-day return policy where you are fully refunded for the cost of the product minus $19.99 restocking and shipping/handling fee- which means you have 10 days to notify us after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Private Sessions: Non refundable. Customer has 4 weeks from receipt of product to schedule their FaceTime/Zoom session by emailing email@example.com | After this time if no session is booked, payment and order will be completed.

In accordance with Castle Fit Corporation's return policy, the CastleFlexx can be returned for a refund (there is a $19.99 shipping and restocking fee deducted from your refund- we think this is generous as shipping a 4lb 2ft box cost the company over $60) within a 10-day period starting the day that your package was delivered to your shipping address. The customer will receive a prepaid USPS shipping label to print out. Please see below for more instructions.
1. Broken or Defective Product?
If your CastleFlexx is broken or defective, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and share any additional information or pictures as to what happened to your product. Our team will be able to assist you and provide more information on how to return your product and receive a replacement. The product must be inspected by company before granting a full refund and if box or device is stained, broken or damaged refund will be denied.
2. Not 100% sure about a return? Do you need more help using the CastleFlexx?
If you are unsure about returning your CastleFlexx and need additional assistance using it, we'd love to help you out! You may schedule a time to speak with our specialist via Zoom.
We'll help you find the "right spot" on your body when using the CastleFlexx and answer any other questions you have. In doing so, we'll also work with you and provide you with more time on your "return window" to try out the CastleFlexx and make sure that it is right for you.

If customer uses a discount code of any kind to purchase the device it is considered a "sale" item and no refunds will be granted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
